Boards without finger grooves range in thickness 1 inch to 1.25 inches. Finger grooves require a thicker board. These boards are approximately 1.5 inches thick.
Every board we sell is treated with several coats of food safe mineral oil and then a thin layer of bee's wax is applied. The board is ready to use right out of the box.
